The purpose of the Historic Review Board is to oversee all the properties in 2 historic districts and to address the protection, enhancement, and preservation of buildings of historic, architectural, and cultural value, in order to promote the economic, cultural, educational and general welfare of the public.

Appointees: Jonathan Shapiro (chair - 2020), Dave Minch (2019), Brian Wilson (2020), Michael Fanelli (2020) and Henry Mangione (2021). Terry Parisian is the Village of Saugerties liaison.
Schedule: Meetings are the 4th Wednesday of each month.
